Job Description

Pangea Properties is searching for talented, excited and hard-working candidates to work with our organization in a senior financial analyst or associate role (depending on experience) on our Asset Management team. An ideal candidate for the position is one that wants to solve problems, ask questions and is willing to go the extra mile. The ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets and provide recommendations from that information is necessary for the role. What to Expect

This is not an acquisitions/valuation position. At Pangea, asset management is a critical, data-driven group tasked with analyzing the financial and operational performance of our real estate portfolio. We ultimately use this data to identify problems and drive innovation across multiple teams/functions within the business. As such, effective interpersonal and communication skills among a diverse audience will be a critical success factor in this role.
